If you need financing get
pre-approved by a lender or bank. Use the “Get Pre Approved” link to get started with my preferred lender!

HOME SEARCH + OFFER
The fun begins! We will start searching, and once we find the “one” I will negotiate the offer and get it accepted!

HOME INSPECTION
Schedule your home inspection, and negotiate repairs if any with the Seller.

APPRAISAL & TITLE SEARCH
The bank or lender orders the appraisal, title search and final financing is set.

CLOSING/RECORDING
